Flowers looked beautiful. I had a phone call on the day to say the flowers couldn't be delivered same day (even though I'd ordered by stipulated time), as they'd run out of stock. I said that was fine. However, they were eventually delivered 2 days after?! Not really good enough when you offer a same day delivery service to people. It wasn't crucial in my case but I can imagine it would have left some people disappointed!
